10/3/09 CAPITAL DISREGARD LIMITS 2010 - The new threshold before care fees are due will be increased from £14,000 to to £14,250 (Lower Capital Limit) and from £23,000 to £23,250 (Upper Capital Limit). Personal Expenses Allowance will increase from £21.90 to £22.30.
