10/3/09 CAPITAL DISREGARD LIMITS 2009 - The new threshold before care fees are due will be increased from £13,500 to £14,000 (Lower Capital Limit) and from £22,250 to £23,000 (Upper Capital Limit). Personal Expenses Allowance will increase from £21.15 to £21.90.
IHT Form 400 has now replaced IHT Form 200.
Members should already have their own Professional Indemnity Insurance, Terms of Business and Complaint Procedures. Financial Ombudsman Service - all businesses that hold a standard consumer credit licence must have in place a complaints handling procedure from 6 April 2007.
